pass side axle shaft

What am i missing,besides the hub assembly? I can push that shaft almost all the way in. I cant see a place for c clip or retaining ring to hold it in place.

There's supposed to be a washer and a C-clip on the axle shaft right at the end of the spindle. Pull out on the axle shaft (or get behind the knuckle and push out on it) until the C-clip's slot in the splines is outside of the spindle. Then install the washer and c-clip.

Does any one know the size of the shaft or c-clip. I need to pick up a new clip this weekend.
