cool thanks for the pic and thanks for the hose routing list. The way mine is routed is the same as your list so I think all is good there. Ill change the fuel filter out this weekend and see if that is the problem. I still think that its an air problem. Ill get more into that when I get the YouTube video posted so you can see the tach and hear the engine.
Thanks for all the help so far.
Lol yep that pic is huge.
So I think I might have found the problem last night going through all the vacuum hoses.
This here vacuum hose from the canister to wherever it goes to the intake was loose.
The 90º soft elbow hose was loose I shoved the hard plastic line back into the hose. Thats the only thing I changed. I go to shoot the video for you all and it accelerates much better. I think now the only problem is a bunch of carbon build up. We'll see if its just a fluke ill drive some more tonight.
I'm really starting to like the Exp in white, particularly in rust free conditions, like yours. New carpet and some detailing and you would have a real gem there.

Thanks! Yea its nice for the years on it. Low miles for a 94 also. I like the white too. My Mom got it because all of the big wigs at her branch or Sea-Doo bought white Explorers that year. The detailing is as good as it gets except for a glass scrub and polish. My Mom smoked in this thing for 20 years with the window cracked an 1/8 of and inch. I had to take a power washer to the interior after soaking in for 30 minutes.
Where the dash overhangs the ash tray was the worst. 1/8" of black crusted tar and chimney creosote. The paint that is exposed inside the cab is stained tan. Some of the softer pieces of the plastics are a little discolored. I'm going to have to do a glass scrub on the inside of the windows to really get them clean. The dash is so dry that when I spray Turtle Wax F21 on it and massage it into the dash it looks dry as a bone.
Where as with my 1994 Saturn SL2 it stays looking wet for at least 2 months. i'm almost tempted to use Black magic Tire wet on it to see if it sucks that up too.
