What manifolds do I have?

98 5.0 Mounty production date 8/98. I have to order new plugs and wires and I'm not sure what manifolds these are. Thanks

Those are the best of the worst.
They are factory cast. You can see how they clearly won't flow very well. These are your best option unless you go with torque monster headers.

gt40p heads aka "p" style they switched mid year 97. so yours is the later style.. yours has the external egr tube and has "angled" spark plugs.

for some reason i thought you said heads.. not manifolds. yeah those are the cast factory style. why do you need to know that for spark plugs and wires?

The cast manifolds have different heat protector locations than the tube manifolds.
