3" Body Lift Instructions?

HELP!!

I missed placed the instructions for my 3" Performance Accessories Body Lift. If someone has them could you maybe scan them and e-mail them to me? I Really need the info about mounting the Rear Bumper. But I would like to get all the instuctions.....

I need them for Kit # 853 (95-97 Ford Ranger)

I thought you had to make your own bumper brackets.

I should have the same kit by Wednesday. If you haven't got it figured out by then, just email me and I'll scan the instructions that come with it.
 












I used the bumper brackets in the kit for the rear and just drilled some extra holes so stuff would line up.
 












Not too bad for doing it with out instructions....

I have a ford explorer sport 2 door 4x4, my question??
I need to lift but I do not spend much money, another way cheaper than a lift kit? please help me. maybe body lift??
 






the cheapest way, body lift.



that looks good with no instructions.

that's how I did mine, even though I had the instruction that came with my kit. the problem was they were for a 1997 f-150
