Can someone help identify and tell me how these are to be connected?
The red one has intake vacuum and the white one I "think" is for the heater control flow valve (which I do not have). If I pull vacuum on the white one, I get air distribution selection (defrost, registers, floor, etc).
Also, I do not get hot air under any combination; only cold. I i have read a few threads about this, but still a bit fuzzy.

On an OHV V-6, the grey line / 90 degree fitting goes to the heater water control valve,

and the red line goes to the fuel injection pressure regulator, located on the fuel rail

If you do not have a "HEATER WATER VALVE" installed, You need to insert a plug into the end of the gray line so that when you move the heater selector valve between cold/hot, you do not get a vacuum leak into the gray hose. Also, check the vacuum resivour (BALL) and make sure it is not leaking vacuum. A big vacuum leak into the gray line may prevent the "temp" servos under the dash from working properly.

And if you do not have a heater valve installed, more than likely it was bypassed because your Ex has a Heater Core that leaks -

Thanks for all your help. I do not have a heater flow valve, so I plugged the gray hose. The fuel regulator is on the other side and has a vacuum connected. So I started at the vacuum reservoir ball. The red went to the supply hose to the reservoir. Someone did a cheap patch job and the broken hose came apart. All repaired and connected and all good now!

Thanks for the update & closing the loop!
