If that is a small relay panel, then the back side can be reached readily. If that will work to break the contact, and the relay is needed for all of the windows, I'd remove the connector terminal from the back. That takes some patience to remove the terminal lock(plastic insert(on all Ford connectors of the time)), and carefully move the tang that holds the terminal in.

In those relay boxes, the red piece is the lock, they pry out easily from the side IIRC.

That's good to know. I might like to disable that for a window like my current white 98. The glass binds up going down, and I'd prefer to control that manually until I fix the glass.
