I would say that they would fit but stick out farther than stock. My 02 explorer has +44mm offset which will pull the rims closer to the vehicle. The -19mm offset will push the wheels out. Offset is based on the centerline of the rim. 44mm is 1.73" and 19mm is .74", 1/2" difference is 12.7mm between rim width (7" to 8"). So all together, your wheels should stick out further than stock about 1" further than stock. If I did that correctly. It made sense in my head.
