2016 Ford Explorer with a transmission problem.

Hello!
I can't start my car because it says the transmission is in drive. I moved the shifter but nothing changed. I also made a video


Тhe connection to the transmission is not broken. There is also oil in the transmission. Any tips?

Welcome to this forum! Your thread was moved into the transmissions & transfer cases section. Check the DTRS on the driver's side of the transmission.

the transmission probably overheated and that connector melted from the hot oil
