Yeppers. I have some quick release pins instead of bolts on the axle bracket. I just tuck 'em up and hold them with a piece of bungee cord wrapped around the front body mounts.

In the first pic, it looks like your X is higher than everyone else's rigs. Are you lifted higher than most of the other guys there?

yeah, I am the tallest. The roof rack and tire really put me over!! there were a few spots on the trail where some trees had fallen overhead and I barely squeeked under. the red jeep on the far right in the pic with the spare on top is about 1/2 to an inch shorter than I am, and he has 34" SSR's on his.
