Reinforcement to add to the factory bumper mounts.

The gray area on this piece also needs to be cut out if you aren't running a body lift.

It is 4 pieces for each shackle mount. Each is a bit different to allow for the angle of the bumper. The additional mount is shown here as for a 3 inch body lift. If no body lift then the gray pice will be cut roughly 3 inches shorter.

Behemoth in Tennessee is making ranger doublers. However getting one seems to be an act of Congress. People pay and takes months to get them with parts slowly showing up and charge backs on credit cards being threatened. Be cautious dealing with them.

What size bolt head do you have on the ring gear bolts? I had them back out on me. They had an 11/16 bolt head. I replaced them with Ford Motorsports Bolts and the had a 3/4 bolt head. I torqued to 90 ft lbs. That was two wheeling trips ago. I will pull it apart this winter and check them...

Uses the oem mounting points plus another mount welded to the top of the frame.

You can also install the studs with a hammer and a stump of a tree in the middle of the forest. At least you can for a JK.

I am planning an off road trailer build this winter. Much simpler and lighter then this one. I need it to be able to take the family on camping trips on the harder trails.

I have the Superior axle c clip eliminator kit. It came installed on the axle I bought fully built. I did have the ring gear bolts back out. Seems to be a somewhat common issue on the 8.8.

Starting on a rear bumper for our 2001 explorer. It will allow for the license plate to be taken off the hatch and mounted below the eventual swing out tire carrier. It will eventually wrap all the way to the rear wheel well. Here are some pictures and then a video I made of assembling it.
