I took two sanwhich bags and two zip ties. Opened both lines and attached the bags with zip ties. Started and ran the truck two or three seconds at most. It was then obvious which was send and which was return.

A after market cooler and remote filter will help a lot. I have a B&M cooler and a remote filter by Perma-Cool. I got them from Summit Racing ( www.summitracing.com ) More than a few poeple here have switched over to synthetic tranny fluid.

no way in the world is that normal. unless,,,,,,, you floor it at every green light. you let it warm up for an hour every morning. your gas tank has a load of bricks in it. You are towing a fully loaded cement truck. or your wheels are six inches tall.

I am 90% sure they are the same but you will need to swap clock springs. That is the thing that the wires go " through " so when you turn the wheel they don't get all twisted.
