Well i used Carb cleaner and it seem to do the trick, tho next time i clean it..i dont think i will take the chance with it again, and no I just bought the tamper proof torx bit and they came right off....

Iam VERY impress, i had the loudest most annoying pinging in my engine and now after cleaning the maf i heard maybe the very very slighest ping once. I cant believe this!!! it only took this to get rid of it???? I just hope it stays away (knock on wood)...

so i took apart and got off the tamper proof bolts,, now im sitting here looking at to wires on the back side of it that are sitting up in the air, are those the wires i clean???????

so i just bought a star socket T-20 bolt and it would fit but theres a little pin inside the bolt what do i do about that????? Ive seen the socket where theres a hole in it that will fit in the bolt but only on the internet.... is there a way to get that pin out or will i have to find the exact...
