While driving the 96 Rangeploder it lost o/d on the freeway. It was just like i was in neutral. I turned O/D off and had 1, 2, 3 with no problems. Tried O/D again and it worked for a about 20 sec and then started slipping. Any ideas or is it teardown time again?

I have motorcraft PAG oil in my system now but was looking to add a few oz since I have done some R&R. I went to the local parts store and they have different viscosity :eek: PAG oil and Ester (sp). I don't want to contaminate the system so which is the way to go?
