Thats alot of codes! Reboot PCM. If that doesn't work replace it.
I have a 94 Eddie Bauer Ex 234+K miles. I was getting alot of codes as well. One of which was Code 513 (Faulty PCM), I was able to pull a PCM from a junkyard for only $50. Easy to pull and install. Try to find same year Ex and pull it yourself.
Also if you have ATF in your vacuum lines, you need a new Tranny Modulator installed. A local shop should be able to do it for a $100 plus parts. While you are checking your vacuum lines for ATF, look for a loose or disconnected hose. They tend to blow off when the truck backfires due to ATF in the intake.
