Hello, i am planning to send my leaking rack and pinion to a shop for a rebuild and have it for spare. So i cleaned it as good as possible, brushed the old paint and some rust away. The 4 rubber bushings seems to be still ok but i would like to change them, but i have no clue how to get them...

03 ST, 260k. Recently found the steering to be hard to turn at idle. Flushed the system and put in a reman pump. Helped a little. If it's over 1000 rpm, steers fine, under that it struggles. Ball joints, tie rod ends have been replaced and greased. Could this be a worn out rack and pinion?
