00m12 done, cam tensioner RATTLES AGAIN?!

I only have one little annoyance with my 01 sport. I had the 00m12 taken care of, and ever since, it starts up perfect in the cold, but....the cam tensioner eventually started to rattle AGAIN!! Is there ANY way i can get rid of (actually tighten) the cam tensioner for GOOD?! ANYONE PLEASE HELP! Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated! thanks!!

Ask the dealer to do it again, should still be under the 12/12 warranty for Ford repairs at the least even if they tell you that since 00M12 has already been done, the warranty doesn't apply anymore. I had 00M12 done on my '97 several years ago when I had about 50K on it. Even now with 113K miles, it still starts and runs quietly.

i just remembered that the rattling/clicking sound came up AFTER the 00m12. something loose maybe? and recently i noticed i can also duplicate the rattle/clicks when i rev it at high rpms while in park. any ideas??
