i have a 00 xlt explorer with the pointless fog light setup right now, would i be able to fit 33x12.5 tires if i get a 2in body lift, and a 2in add a leaf paired with a 1.5-2in torsion twist? if no, would it work if i get rid of the fog light crap?

You will probably need to go with the 3"BL. Jefe cleared 35s with extensive triming, so you should probably get away with minimal with trimming with TT/AAL, Shackles+BL

Its not the front you have to worry about its the back of the wheel well. I fit 33's with a 3" bl & TT and I still had to trim a little in the rear.

yes, thats correct i was confused about that at first.

would i still have to remove the stock fog lights?

Nope

33x12.5 on a 7 or 8" rim and 3" BL, and you'll just have to do some minor trimming to the rear of the front wheelwell, and a little to the bumper.

hmmmm, would 33x12.5 still work with a superlift's 3-4in suspesion lift

33's would work fine with a 3" bl and a TT. You will only have very minor trimming. It also depends on your vehicle, I didnt have to touch my front bumper and only had very little trimming on the rear of the fender well. The 4" suspension lift is the best choice but it is also the most expensive and you might still need to trim with only the lift and no TT.

We all forgot to ask if you are 2wd or 4wd, that makes a big difference. If your 2wd the superlift 4" suspnsion system wont work. That spindle lift is what you are looking for, it is the best way to lift your 2wd and its a whole lot cheaper. All it does is replace your stock spindles with spindles that are extended. Thats how you get the lift out of the front. In the rear, they give you AAL (add-a-leaf) that go in your stock leaf pack.

This guy is selling that exact lift for cheaper.
Spindle lift for sale

i'm a 2wd

so the spindle lift "should" give me 3in in the front and 3in in the back with everything they have given me?

The spindles "will" give you 3" up front, it says the rears are only 1.5" AAL's. You can always get a double AAL or add shackles to get the other 1.5"s.

thank you very much for clearing that all up

hmmm, so would i still be able to fit 33x12.5 with the 3in spindles in front with a little torsion twist and then double aal and war. shackles in back?

sorry to be so heck bound on the 33's i just dont feel its worth spending a grand on new wheels and tires unless they r considerably bigger

It should work, You are better off because you can crank your torsion bars a lot more than someone with 4wd can.

alright!!! time to save up
