This was from a trip in December. The guy with the toy hauler had an awesome setup. He cut out the separation wall and reinforced the floor to fit his "family rig" a Yota on 37" stickies. He races buggies for a living so I guess that could be seen a a mall crawler to him lol.

I'm kinda pissed my current wheels don't fit since I just got them 7 months ago. Can't even get a bigger bolt pattern. Oh well. I'm still not positive but I'm leaning towards black steelies.

I'm down in Clemson right now but I'll have a week or so in may. Maybe we can get a trip going then.

This is awesome news. When do you expect to put her under? I just committed to building a house so...see you on the big rocks in a couple years, lol. Living debt free is not nearly as satisfying as immediate fun but my wife wants things like a house and babies...who knew? Without a major bump in income, the ST is finished for a while. I'll be living through your posts so do me a favor and make them good.

I'd love to have a house down here. I miss my garage and workshop lol. As for the timeframe, I'm still figuring out the steering and wheels. Once I solidify those plans, it should be good to go. I left it back home in VA and just brought a car back to Clemson. Commuting to work is not good for a lifted truck haha. The front suspension will probably be cut out by the end of the month I'm guessing and then the fun begins

I have a set of 20 x 8.5 Centerline Tomahawk Rapid series wheels that are 6 bolt. They'd fit right on those axles.

They have to be 17" to fit my tires that I have now. 20" would get so much rock rash on the trails lol

LOL, figured I'd mess with you alittle. I do have the wheels with new tires on them.

Now that would be funny - SAS'd mall crawler. Were you planning something with those wheels? Just curious.

Edit: wow I just looked them up. That would look goofy on an ST haha. I guess since its a chevy pattern were they on your old show truck?

No, I picked them up from a guy on CL for $100, couldn't pass up on the deal. I'm plan on waiting two more months after people get their taxes, the weather gets nicer and sell them for $5-600 easy. Funds for my SAS. Lol. They have new tires on them so if I wanted I could seperate them and get around a grand total.

Rebels a craigist flipper just like me! People out here give stuff for free that I would just sit on or put a little fix too. I just repost them on Craigslist and make profit. I've picked up perfectly working propane grills that just needed a cleaning for free and sold them for 50 bucks, snow chains that have never been used and put them right back on Craigslist and sold them. I can't even begin list all the car parts I've flipped either.

Why yes I am, lol. Now that I'm working I don't do as much flipping, I still make the great finds though.

Haha you guys are certified businessmen.

Nope, I'm a truck driver and have a CDL which stands for "Certified Delusional Lunatic". Lol

Haven't heard that one before lol

Man that would be so much fun to have that many people off roading. Makes for a good time im sure. Got enough people to pull you out too if you were to get stuck.

Definitely makes it fun. There was around 100 rigs that day/night. Only 5 from Clemson unfortunately.

I've finally decided on going with a steering box from a super duty. It'll be a lot stronger and a lot easier to find parts for down the road. The plan is to retrofit the lines from my current pump and when that dies, I'll upgrade to the SD pump.
