'02 Explorer Eddie Bauer Message Center

The message center display in my 2002 Explorer Eddie Bauer gos blank, the problem is intermittant happening maybe once or twice a week. If anyone on this forum has dealt with this, please share the information. Thanks

my 02 limited does that as well. mine doesnt stay blank but flashes

Flashing off then back on would more accurately describe the problem.
