02 Explorer Odometer Light Out

Is there an easy fix for this or replace the whole cluster? Also, if replacing cluster, does computer tell the odometer what the miles are? Thanks.

You have to replace the whole cluster. It was a common thing on the '02.

From what I read, the miles have to be programmed into the replacement cluster before it's shipped, and a Ford dealership has to do the installation, and document everything.
