02 Explorer Rear Diff

Thinking about checkng the rear diff for fluid since I have a slight leak. Which bolt do I go for? and whats the best way to replace fluid without a mess?

There should be a bolt in the back that is somewhat centered. Stick your little finger in. if it is covered in lube, you are good, if not, you are low.
