02 Mountaineer rear glass hard to latch shut.

There was a recall i brought my 02 in for service at the ford dealer a few reason's the rear glass latch was one of them they called me & said it was recalled awhile ago & who ever owned it befor didnt bring it back to get it fixed but anyway Ford fixed it for free for me since it could shatter the glass if it closes wrong. everyone should bring it there's to the dealer for repairs

I've got an '04 Explorer and i have the same deal with the rear glass. Also, the plastic trim piece cracked all the way through. has that happened to any of you?

The recall on my '03 really helped the way mine shut. Becareful if you havent had the recall done because it will bust your glass eventually.
