02 power seat problem

I have an 02 explorer. I moved the seat forward the other day to load something behind it. Now it is stuck there. It moves up and down fine. It makes a noise as if it is trying to go back but the seat doesn't move. Any ideas what is wrong? Thanks in advavce.

I had the same problem after a carwash vacum. There are two long turnscrews that actually move the sext back and forth. One side was stuck so I used a needle nosed lockjaw pliers to loosen it at the bolthead while a friend hit the control and it is fine now.
