02 xls how to paint bumpers

hey all first post. i did a search and it didnt really turn up what i wanted. i am interested in painting my bumpers my xls is silver and the bumpers and wheel flares are a dark grey. the bumpers have little nicks in the front and that is it for damage. do i need to smooth them with body filler or just fix the nicks and paint over. thanks in advance for any help

I don't know anything about it but I was just reading on here somewhere last night or today where it was being discussed.Let me see if I can find it.
As for the nicks I would think a little plastic filler would do the trick but I'm not a body man.

thanks i didnt see those when i did a search. that gives me some ideas. i may try the dupli color not sure though. again thanks for the help.
