I have a busted valve spring and I'm trying to replace it with everything still on the truck. Is there any way to fill the block with compressed air to push the valves up and replace the springs? Trying to find out how to do this fix with everything on the truck if possible. If not does anyone have a guide on the removal of the heads for this vehicle?

Im not a mechanic by any means I just have done some previous work here and there so some of my thought process or ideas may not make sense I apologize in advance. Thank you.

Yes get you a compression tester and take the Schrader valve out of the hose. Then hook up shop air to it and make sure the air doesn't stop until you're done. The air will leak by the rings slowly so the compressor will need to be on.

I'd also turn the motor over to where the Piston is up in case you do drop it so it won't fall all the way in. Put a screwdriver in the plug hole and slowly rotate the motor till that piston is all the way up. You may have to go a little bit farther to avoid the cam lobe getting in the way doing the spring.
