03 Cobra blower on an 02 4.6

I found the stock blower from an 03 Cobra for sale on Ebay. It comes with all the stock components from the 03 Cobra blower. Would this fit on my friends 02 Explorer 4.6? Its the same size engine, I don't see why it wouldnt fit? Any information?

Isnt the cobra a DOHC and the Explorer is a SOHC 4.6?
