03' Explorer ABS Light, No Cruise, Click noise

so the abs light comes on from time to time, and sometimes there is a clicking noise that sounds like it is coming from the rear left wheel, and the cruise never works, i was under the car looking for a plug that may have come loose, but cant find any problems. any suggestions?

went to schucks and pulled codes

P1568 Speed control unable to hold speed
P1703 Brake Switch Out of Self-Test Range

but cant find much info?

with my abs light and cruise it was the Master Cyl. Switch. The sensor on the brake master cylinder with two wires. Do you have that or there also might be switch on the brake pedal. I'd fix that first as it might clear the other code.
I got a c1440 code.
