Hello, i just happened to borrow my parents explorer from them and finally found the reverse issues they said was going on.
Well what happens is this; If you're on flat ground works great, as long as you don't touch the gas or give it much. On a incline feels like the rear breaks are locking up or the diff. Fwd gears are great no issues, only 70k on the suv. This car used to tow a big inclosed 16 ft trailer back in 03-06 during the summer months when we raced gokarts. Now i took it this week from them to tow my jetski around to get tags and take it out to the water for the first time. Noticed it trying to back into my mother in laws driveway with a very small grade. No warning lights of any kind on the dash. Any ideas?
