03 mounty rough idle at stop no codes HELP! !!

Hello everyone I have 03 mounty 4.6. When im at a stop it idles rough but no rpm jump. When im driving it smooths out. I have no codes im going nuts trying to figure it out.
I changed the plugs, oil, fuel filter, clean the IAC, sprayed around he vacuum areas. Any suggestions? ?????????

Does it have problems at startup as well? Do your RPM's drop and the engine shudders a little?

I dont have it at start up and the rpms dont drop only in the low range rpm a idle is when it is rough. And at a stop too. But when I drive or the rpm is above 1200 it is fine

Maybe try cleaning the IAC again? I think it's only active in the intake system at the times that you describe, below 1200 rpm.

Thanks for the info I cleaned it again and no change I propaned it for leaks and no vacuum leaks. I smell exhaust im thinking it might be a bad egr valve. I got a misfire code on cylinder 4 but the cop and plug are fine and along with the injector.
