I cannot figure this one out, my idle has recently gone to about 500-600 rpms when i first start the car. While driving and if i put it into neutral and let her roll, it shoots to about 2500 and will not go down until i come to a dead stop, then it sits at about 1500 or 500-600, not a lot of middle ground. it used to be 1000 consistently.

So when i unplug my IAC it fixes the high idle problem, but nothing else. i think i killed it when i cleaned it with brakeleen, so its back to the junkyard to get a replacement cuz im a tard. but to my knowledge this wouldnt effect the low idle.

I thought it was my FPR shooting fuel out of the side, but it is not... and suggestions?

Replace the IAC. Have you pulled codes? There may be a code stored even it the CEL is out.
