I have a new pioneer avicz120bt nav system in my 03 ranger and was wondering if a 03 mercury mountaineer steering wheel will interchange on the ranger without to may mods, like air bag etc. Or even any other ford steering wheel. I want the radio controls on the steering wheel. It would bee nice to get like a 2010 wheel that has phone and nav controls. I was told that pac industries is coming out with an adapter that senses the pioneer steering remote ir signal and sends it in the head unit with a wire harness. The pioneer nav unit is designed for the newer vehicles with built in controls. Any suggestions would bee appreciated
