I have an '03 XLT with the 4.0L engine. I started it up in the morning with the headlight switch set to auto, the dash lights were out, dash gauges (speedometer, fuel, coolant temp, oil pressure, and outside temp) were not functioning, power windows out, headlights did not come on, 4x4 push buttons are out, dome lights off, and radio is out. I am able to switch the headlights to manual on and the dash lights up but gauges, radio, windows, etc.. do not work.
I checked the battery and I'm getting 12+V. I checked fuses and none are blown, however #6 (right horn), #7(heated mirrors), #18(left horn), #28(radio), and #29 (digital transmission range sensor) are showing 0 volts. In the power distribution box in the engine compartment there are no fuses blown but #42 (right low beam), #43 (left low beam), and #46 (high beams) are showing 0 volts. I've changed the fuses anyhow, but the issue remains.
Any thoughts on what may be causing this?
