Hi all, new to the board.
I did a search and looked at the tech forum, but didn't see anything addressing my issue.
About 3 years ago did some towing and thought I warped my front rotors, replaced the bearings, rotors, all associated break stuff. Used Timkin from autozone. The pulsating under breaking was gone for a while, but came back. Thought maybe the wife warped the rotos again, and again replaced everything again. The pulsating came back
Took it to the shop for something else and they said the bearings are bad, I just replaced them last year.
What I didn't do either time was press the race that came with the bearings into the new hub, I thought the hub already had the raced manufactured in it. Am I wrong?
With that being said, can I just buy new bearings and press the race into the old hub/rotor?
Also the shop said the ball joints were bad, so I'm gonna check them out and look at replacing the upper and lower control arms.
Thansks for any help.
