Just purchased a 2004 explorer 4.0 and it has a rough idle

The problem doesnt seem to be there under acceleration, only at a stoplight. There are no CEL's, and the engine seems to run fine, just shakes at idle. Ive checked the engine mounts, and looked around, and everything seems to be fine.

My thoughts on the situation could be : bad spark plugs, wires, or ignition coil. Ive heard that its possible the clutch plate is cracked, harmonic balancer is off, many other things. The selling dealer has ordered me a new ignition coil pack at no cost to me, but i dont think that its anything to do with the ignition system because a CEL would appear for missfire or so.

Any Help on the situation would be greatly appreciated.

Also, could someone link me to the seafoam link? Would you think this would help?

Also, where i bought the vehicle in New York they sell alot of 86octane Farm gas that alot of low compression farm engines run on. Is it a possiblity that they put a tank of 86octate in instead of the recomended 87 octane to cause this vibration? Please help
