'05 Explorer A/C vent blocked?

I have a feeling that my a/c vents are blocked due to the limited airflow. When switched on high, it becomes extremely loud, but not not a lot of air movement. I recently pulled a few pieces of grey foam from the vents a few months ago.

Does this model explorer have a cabin filter and if so, where is it located?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

there is no filter...
sounds like a blend door problem.

do a search on blend doors, they're known for it.
not to scare you but mine was done under warranty $750
the whole dash has to come out to replace it
