06-08 mirrors on an '02?

Does anyone know if mirrors from an '06-'08 will fit on an '02? At a quick glance it looks like they will but not 100% certain. The look of the '06-'08's are alot nicer then the '02's and they look like the provide more visibility than '02's?

I know a member did it on his, theres even another member that used Aviator mirrors, but I do believe theyre swappable (Bolts right on)
