06 b2300 transmission rebuild 5r44e!! need specs!!

Im in the middle of rebuilding my transmission. Can anyone tell me where i could find torque specs for this transmission. Its a 5r44e. If anyone has one and the overdrive light flashes all the time and it shifts rough. Its the clutch plates in the od drum. Pretty easy to get to if u have the patients. Im no mechanic and ive never done a transmission, bit so far not bad. I recomment fixing it b4 its to late. I had to take the entire transmissikn apart to clean the metal shavings. But i waited till the truck wouldnt move. Not smart!!! If anyone can help me with info it would be great!!
