So its that time of year where you have the heat on in morning and AC by Lunch.. It has the Auto Climate Control. I replace one blend door actuator this summer for the passenger side since it was blowing hot when AC was being called for. Now this morning I turned the heat up and it only get hot for the rear controls and the passenger side. I even rotated to floor to dash to defrost and every setting on driver side is cold. Is this the Blend door actuator acting up?

Most likely. I also replaced one side - driver's, and now my passenger side does not work. I can get it to move by switching between dual and single mode, and going super hot 90 deg and down to 60, and it eventually will react.

Well it was the driver side Actuator. Same part # as passenger actually little easier to install this time. Maybe 20 mins. MOTORCRAFT YH1759 is the part. Got it on Rock Auto.
