I'm unsure if this is directed to the OP, but he was last seen here on January 9, 2021. The other member with the issue, other than Rob62, was last here March 8, 2022.
99% of the time the issue with a heated seat will end up being an open in the heater element, an open in the cushion (most likely) or the back rest will take out the whole heater for that seat. The easiest thing to do first is to unbolt the seat remove it or tilt it back and ohm out the heater circuits they should be under 10 ohms.
