13 police interceptor utility brake problem help ?

I bought a used 2013 police interceptor utility and have a weird pull to the right when braking suddenly / hard . It has all brand new rotors and pads and new struts. Any help would be appreciated. Is it possible that a bad tire could cause this ?

I believe it will be a bad caliper causing the problem you have. Had same problem on a Tahoe and found it was dragging on the left side and the boot on the puck had tears in it. Drive it and then feel both front rims for heat. If one way hotter than the other one that is the bad one. Also make sure you didn't get a pad in there reversed.
