134k miles engine check

have 134k miles on my 99 explorer. what other maintenance jobs can i do besides chaging the oil and filter regularly to make my truck "healthy" again?

im reading all the praises of synthetic oil. should i switch or stick with castrol gtx 10w-30 and fram filters?

so far ive changed the plugs and wires ,the transmission oil/gasket, changed serpentine belt, brakes and rotors, differential gear oil, and thermostat.

should i:
seafoam?
change fuel filter?
add fuel additives / injection cleaners?


**where can i get a 9.5 bolt. somehow im missing 2 bolts on either sides of the the torsion bar. let me know if u need a pic.

have you changed your transmission filter? Fuel filter will be good to change. Cleaning your throttle body would be good, and you might do your MAFS as well. I would also replace your radiator hoses and maybe even your heater hoses if their origional.
