Okay, so the A/C in my 17 Explo is blowing warm. Back story for any who care:

Over the last 2 months or so, the A/C has been finicky. Sometimes it works, sometimes it didn't. Usually it seemed to be after it had been driven and gotten warm, shutting of the truck and the air wouldnt get cool. Messing with the controls, i.e. cycling on and off the power would cause eventually the system to function. Now its completely crapped the bed. Now, ive checked the relay for the compressor, it tested good, the compressor engages on command. The suction line isn't exactly hot, like its not absorbing hot air but pressures show good. I replaced back in February the passenger blend door actuator as it failed completely. Im at a loss how the system cannot produce any cool air across either side or the rear A/C. Is there a mode or another vent/blend door that allows A/C verses outside air?

System is a split system with rear A/C control. Any insight is appreciated since the wife is very displeased with the current situation.

Welcome to the Forum.
There are several blend doors/actuators.

Before messing with any of the temperature blend doors, you need to make sure the refrigeration system is actually working.

When the malfunction is present, is the compressor clutch engaged or not?
If not, then that function needs to be evaluated or diagnosed.
If yes, check the relative temperatures of the two refrigerant lines at the firewall (TXV input and outout lines).

Report observations.
