Hey, just had a quick question for whoever is familiar with this. I have a 1999 XLT with the stock rims, which I believe have 4.5" of backspacing. I saw a set of rims here that are 18x8.5, have the 5x4.5 bolt pattern, and have 4.75" of backspacing. My question is, when combined with 255/55/18 tires, would it be pushing it to have 4.75" of backspacing on the wheels? I'd rather not run spacers on the car, so I'm trying to find a wheel that'll bolt up and not rub. Thanks for any input.
