We just went out and bought a boat!! I got a 18' 1985 Crestliner Crusader 185 with a 305 motor (200hp) and a Merc Alpha One stern drive. The boat and trailer are in immaculate condition and were always garage stored.

Here she is!!

If you're ever in the Tampa Bay area with your boat look me up. We have great fishing down here year round. I'm about 2 miles to the beach.

Holy Smokes!!! Haven't heard from you in a while!! How are ya?

If we do come south, we will look you up. Sue's sister lives in Palm Bay on the east side.

Beautiful Boat!

I've been very well thanks. We have been here a year now. With Florida, you either love it or hate it. We love it. Year round Bay fishing. I live in a town called Spring Hill. It's on the Nature Coast of Hernando County. We see plenty of Gators, coyotes, snakes, cranes, panthers, etc. The weather is always usually perfect. It only really gets humid here at the end of July to the beginning of September. We only had 10 days of above 65% humidity this past summer. I'm just glad for no snow. lol We see a lot of lifted vehicles here and I kinda laugh because Florida is kinda flat. Yeah I guess they can go mudding, but nothing was more fun than the trail climbing and rock (boulder) sliding...lol Well, i am back at school at this ripe old age (ha!) getting my RN. I really don't have to work but I like to make my own money. Hubby was promoted and they moved us down here to open the West Coast Florida WAWA's. He is the field supervisor for the West Coast of Florida now. Just waiting for our area WAWA to open in summer of 2014 is a bummer. I love WAWA coffee and convience and it does help that your spouse works for their IT contractor, lol. How is Sue and your daughter? Your daughter must be getting really big now. You still have those stangs? I'm sure you do. I miss my Explorer. Too many dune buggy jeeps around here. I may look for a new project truck when I finally do go back to work.

I also added interior lighting to the boat, re-mounted the battery and replaced the battery cables.

The boat had been sitting for a number of years, so I also dropped the lower unit and put a new impeller in for good measure.

Now I just need spring to arrive.....:D
