1989 Ranger has water in oil.

i have a 89 2.9 ranger 4x4 that has water in the oil i have pulled the heads and i cant find any where that shows the gaskets r blowin but it is also has somethin like a miss in one of the cylinders could anyone give me some kind of idea to were i should look next

the 2.9 had a common problem of cracking the heads. have them checked at a machine shop

had the heads checked sorry about not sayin that the first time but what about the intake is there any known problem with them cracking

Were they checked professionally? They always develop cracks.
