So I have a 1992 explorer 4 door with almost 200,000 miles. Today I noticed that my drivers speaker wasn't working. And these are aftermarket speakers that have worked perfectly for months. So I take the door apart and barely wiggle the speaker and it works. So I put it all back together. Close the door and then it isn't working again. I love tried wiggling the wires in between the cab and door. Checked the wires in the door everything seems fine. Any ideas? Any help is much appreciated.

Probably a bad solder joint somewhere. They tend to fatigue from vibration if not immobilized. Check the connections at the speakers.

The speaker connections are brand new and even when I wiggle them nothing changes.

If the speaker connection itself is solid, you may have a bad speaker wire from the amp occasionally going open circuit. It's unlikely you are really moving and torquing the cable enough to move an intermittent connection on the other end.
