1992 explorer Timing Cover

This part can be removed to R&R the timing set with engine still in, correct?

Anybody have any experience doing this?

Search my posts. I described my experience replacing the timing cover gasket. Having the right tools to remove and install the crank pulley is crucial. Also, having the radiator out is a big help.
