Alright guys, my mothers 1993 Dodge Spirit 3.0L V6 is giving her some trouble. When you first start it it's fine, You drive down the road a little ways and the check engine light comes on and at the same time the battery guage drops yet it runs perfect and drives perfect.....so far. There is no sign of batter weakness as it starts right up like normal. Alternator is only a little over a year old. Anybody have any ideas?
