If you haven't done anything (other than replace the mentioned components) to diagnose this, I would start with a few basic diagnostic steps. 1) Pull codes (there can be codes in the computer even if the CEL isn't on), 2) Check fuel pressure, 3) Check for vacuum leaks.
What kind of Milage does it get. When my Fuel Pressure Regulator was bad, my Ex was getting like 8 miles a gallon and idling rough like you. It was running about 70 pounds fuel pressure.
Does the Check Engine Light come on?
I would also look into your oxygen sensor. However, if your light does come on then it isn't likely the 02 sensor.
