:exp: Hey everybody im a newbie and have a prob with my 1994 ford explorer A4LD auto tranny. it doesnt go into OD normally until i get up to about 75 or so then it will go in for a few seconds and then come back out. i took it to a tranny shop and they said there are no electrical faults and something that happens with the A4LD is that the OD Sprag? will get turned around when it gets old and worn out so i am not good with trannys so i dont know if he is telling me the truth or just jerkin my chain and also he said the replacement part will be $60 and $375 for labor does that sound about right for a job like this or would i be able to do a job like this at home by myself over the weekend thanks guys:exporange
